When should we book a wedding coordinator?
We recommend booking as soon as your venue and date are secured. This allows us to provide guidance leading up to your wedding and ensures availability for your date.
What’s the difference between a wedding planner and a coordinator?
A planner typically handles the full planning process from start to finish. A coordinator steps in closer to the wedding date to organize details, finalize timelines, communicate with vendors, and manage the wedding day itself.
Do you work with our existing vendors?
Absolutely. We collaborate closely with your chosen vendors, serving as the main point of contact to ensure everyone is aligned and the day runs smoothly.
Will you be present on the wedding day?
Yes. We are onsite for your rehearsal and wedding day to oversee setup, manage the timeline, handle logistics, and address any last-minute needs.
How many weddings do you take on per day or weekend?
To provide our couples with the highest level of care and attention, we limit the number of weddings we coordinate on any given weekend.
Do you attend the rehearsal?
Yes, rehearsal coordination is included to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared for the wedding day.
Can you help with timelines?
Yes. We assist and manage detailed timelines to ensure a smooth flow throughout your celebration.
What happens if something goes wrong on the wedding day?
Our job is to anticipate challenges and handle them quietly and efficiently—often before you even notice. We’re there to solve problems so you can stay present and enjoy every moment.
How do we get started?

How much do your services cost?
Our coordination services begin at $800, with final pricing based on your wedding size, location, and level of support needed. Each wedding is unique, and we tailor our services accordingly.
Are there any additional fees we should expect?
Additional fees may apply for extended coverage, travel outside our service area, or custom requests. Any additional costs are always discussed and approved in advance—no surprises.
Is a deposit required to book?
35% non-refundable down payment required to secure your wedding date. Payment plans may be available upon request. We’re happy to discuss flexible options during your consultation.
Is coordination worth the investment?
Coordination allows you to be fully present on your wedding day. We handle logistics, timelines, and vendor communication so you—and your loved ones—can relax and enjoy the celebration.
Is gratuity included in your pricing?
Gratuity is not included and is always optional and appreciated. If you’d like guidance on tipping vendors, we’re happy to provide recommendations.
What happens if our wedding runs longer than expected?
Coverage hours are outlined in your agreement. Additional time can be added in advance or on the wedding day, subject to availability.
Can we upgrade or add services after booking?
Absolutely. Services can be added based on availability, and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we proudly offer a 10% discount for military members and first responders. Thank you for your service. You must be able to show proof to be eiligible.
What is your cancellations and refunds policy?
If the Client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable. If With Love cancels due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, all payments received will be refunded in full, and With Love will make reasonable efforts to refer another professional.
What happens if I change the date, time and location of my wedding?
Any changes to the event date, time, or location must be made in writing. With Love will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability for a rescheduled date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal. Payment details and deadlines are included in your contract.
Do you specialize in cultural weddings?
Cultural weddings hold deep meaning, and we approach them with intention and understanding. We take the time to learn your traditions, collaborate closely with your families and vendors, and ensure your celebration reflects your culture beautifully.
