Seamless Wedding Day Management – Starting $800

Perfect for couples who love planning their wedding but want the peace of mind of an experienced coordinator ensuring everything flows beautifully on the big day.

  • In-depth planning meeting 2 months prior to the wedding
  • Unlimited communication from the moment your contract is signed
  • Venue walk-through & custom, finalized wedding day timeline
  • 8 hours of wedding day management, overseeing ceremony and reception setup
  • Rehearsal coordination & ceremony direction
  • Primary point of contact for vendors, venue, and wedding party

  • Greeting and directing vendors and guests upon arrival
  • Distribution of final payments and/or gratuities

An elevated experience for couples who desire extra support, added coverage, and hands-on attention to every final detail.

Includes everything in Seamless Wedding Day Management:


  • Total of 11 hours of wedding day management for extended coverage
  • Setup and/or teardown of standard personal table décor


Staging Décor - Set up and Removal Starting $550

*Final pricing is determined by location, quantity, and style of décor.

*Please note: This package does not include draping, lighting, backdrops, or arches.


Perfect for couples who want their décor handled with care, precision, and an eye for detail—so they can focus on enjoying every moment. 


This package includes up to 5 total hours of professional décor setup and tear-down, featuring standard setup services to ensure your space looks polished, cohesive, and photo-ready.

Each year, we offer our Love Community Program, a special initiative that allows us to give back by offering a discounted package beyond our regular promotions. This program is thoughtfully designed for couples working within a limited budget, without compromising the quality, care, and execution of their wedding day. Two couples are selected annually based on their love story and financial circumstances.

 

The labor and care we pour into your wedding would be our way of giving back to the community, while the remaining cost helps us cover our operating expenses.
